Entering my sophomore year, rode the bench all 9 games of my freshman year; sucked ass.

Curl:50
Bench: 105
Squat: can't do a squat properly
Deadlift: Bar+10's
5'9
130
Have a visible 2 pack, no vascularity or etc showing.
Oh by the way I'm trying to play linebacker.
I'm currently taking micronized creatine, and quick mass
Don't quite know what to do, someone please help me so I'm not stuck on the eternal hell that is the bench.

Focus on lifting, eating, and sport specific movements. Learn to squat. Lose the quick mass there's no reason you should be taking it.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
