Im in like flynn.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

In! Going to be a tough couple months because it's summer and beach season, coupled with holidays I'll do the best I can!
Failing miserably on current challenge with an unrealistic goal so going to try and be more realistic for this one.Brazilian Crew |<o>|

I'm in. I want to be positive but I'm currently feeling drained. Started at 271 back in late March and after 52 pounds and 8 months I'm ready for a bit of a break. Unfortunately I still have 40+ lbs to go so this round is still a must. holidays in the middle will make it even more difficult.

I'm in. Been cutting since October but still have 10-15 pounds to go or so. It's good to have some type of accountability.
Started on October 12th at 193 pounds. Last Friday I hit a low of 174.6. I only weigh myself once a week and the next one is tomorrow morning so I don't know if I've made any progress this week yet. Don't have a goal weight is up in the air because I want to get down to a legit 8% body fat, if I have to go down to 155 to get there then I will. Hopefully it won't come down to that though lol. Right now I'm probably around 12%Last edited by hiimnotcool; 11-22-2017 at 07:56 PM.

Back on the cutting wagon, so I'll be in here. Last 50 pounds earlier this year (229 to 179) and have spent the last 3 months bulking, so back up to about 193 today but still approx. 14-15% BF (will weigh in officially tomorrow).
The aim this time is just to get the mini cut in, lose 10 lbs or so in the next 5 weeks, then spend the rest of the duration of this thread reverse dieting, slowly increasing my calorie intake so I'm back up to about 3,000 maintenance and then get back on an even leaner longer bulk after that.
The accountability of this thread helps no end, and is definitely a source of motivation and inspiration for everybody (especially with Christmas - yikes!)
Get ready for the road ahead team, it's going to be a fun one."Through Calorie-counting all things are possible" : Phil 19:26

So previous challenge ended and my last weigh in was 242,3 lbs. That will be my starting weight in this challenge. I set the goal to 232. There is some distractions like like that one week Christmas vacation, but 10 lbs should still be doable. Lets see what happens...
