I never saw a wild thing
sorry for itself.
A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough
without ever having felt sorry for itself.

Starting weight: 196,5lbs
Goal weight: 187lbs
Final weight: --lbs
Total loss: 3,8lbs
Weekly average: 0,63lbs/week
Week 1: Friday 1st December: 194,2lbs -2,3lbs Pretty good week, been a while since I was able to be this consistent through the weekend and the higher rate of weight loss reflects it.
Week 2: Friday 8th December: 193,6lbs -0,6lbs Not great progress but still progress. Last weekend wasn't as clean, planning for this one to be.
Week 3: Friday 15th December: 191,2lbs -2,4lbs Good week, had a couple days where I had a few beers but I fit them in my macros and it worked.
Week 4: Friday 22nd December: 191,4lbs +0,2lbs well I did go off diet last weekend, but stayed true throughout the week. I foresee I won't be able to lose much for the next couple weeks because of the holidays but I'll stay on track other than festivities.
Week 5: Friday 29th December:196lbs +4,6lbs Obviously pretty bad week with holidays and such, almost back where I started but I usually gain about 3-4lbs water weight after a cheat day so who knows how much I gained after a cheat week lol, plus I usually have the weekdays to get that water weight off before the weigh in on Fridays... Anyway, probably stayed the same bodyfat wise or gained very little, going back dieting today and let's see how much I can bounce back by Friday.
Week 6: Friday 5th January: 192,7lbs -3,3lbs Well, lost most of it back but still not where I was. Guess I need another week!

Weight on empty stomach 1/5: 208.6
I'm starting late, but better late than never! So far this week I've done 20mins on elliptical, 1 10min core workout on Youtube, back/biceps, and 1 10min cardio workout on Youtube.
*Im doing most of my workouts at home and the small fitness centr about 2 mins away in my apt complex due to my gym being overcrowded cuz of ppl and their damn New Year's resolution. Once early to mid Feb hits, I will start back up with hittin the weights hard. Till then, I will build my basic strength back up.
M-F I do intermitten fasting (16/8) and dinner I ONLY eat a protein + kale. Lunch all week has been salad with lots of slow cooked chicken mixed in. I had lost a good amt of weight back in Oct because I gave up drinking for nearly a month and worked out almost everyday except for sun. Holiday drinking + food absolutely blasted me. Looking to get down to 190 by April.

0,3 kg weight gain for me this week. I could not get rid of the all the weight gained during last weekend. I hope this means that I will see a big number next week. I'll update the spreadsheet maybe today evening or tomorrow morning at latest. I have a busy day today...

I forgot to weigh myself this morning ill do it tomorrow.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Dam seems you can't escape politics anywhere in the fitness industry. Your transformation was great, did they release a top 25 or even top 50 then? Because they only show they're announcing winners at the moment.

Well crap. 247 today.
I did switch my diet up and went back to heavy weights-so I’m not expecting the weight to fall off this week. Next week should be a good one for my weigh in. Funny how the body adapted to changes and then you’re like damn was switching to TKD worth it lol. Body is feeling good though. Stronger in the gym. Arms feel full and strong stomach feels slightly slimmer. A good week overall despite what the jerk scale said.

So it’s been pretty up and down (mostly up), December had quite a lot of alcohol in it and generally eating bad over christmas/new year but I’m back in the gym now and not drinking this month so I’m hoping I can see some real progress this month, if not I will be able to see that I need to change up my calories in or cardio.... still feeling motivated so let’s hope some of this xmas weight drops off!!

13 more days for my 2 weeks of consistency challenge! its scary to think if i snap and fall off, but i have been building a ton of mental toughness and im gonna see this through and seeing those pounds drop in 2 weeks is going to feel sooo much better than any taco bell bell or chinese special!! It's really cool because I have all the knowledge I need to have the exact body I want, so now if i'm fat i'm literally just choosing to be fat and ugly.

So....Had my first "cheat" day yesterday in like 4 months. Was like screw it, wanted sushi, so went out and ate a crap ton of sushi with a friend. After adding up all the calories looks like I went about 480 calories over my daily limit. I'll probably just make it up today by eating a bit less.
Technically I probably should be slowing me weight loss down anyways because I'm getting into a lower body fat percentage. It's hard after this long though to think it's "okay" to eat so many calories in one day after sticking to a 1500 limit for 4 months. Not sure how I'm going to handle it when it comes time to switch to bulking and have to eat 2300+ calories lol.
