Starting weight 264/Goal 255
Today 256.8
I've been out of town on work and I retrieved my son from the University for the holidays. I took advantage of the hotel amenities and got my cardio on the treadmill and swam laps at the indoor pool.
I got in a couple awesome workouts at the student rec center at my sons college, the facilities were amazing!
I was in such a rush I wasn't able to get the weigh-in on time but things should be back to normal for the next couple weeks.

215.7
Scale barely budged this week (-0.6 lbs) but the average was dragged down 2.6 lbs. This is mainly due to the fact that I had a cheat meal yesterday and prevented Friday from giving me a record low like it does every week... I was with a bunch of co workers on a tour at another facility and our hosts took us to a restaurant. I had brought my own food but it would be weird to sit in the van eating while everyone else was inside so I decided to have a cheat meal this week instead of my normal carb loaded re-feed today. I will eat regular for the rest of the week so it should drop more this weekend.
I accepted a new job like 4 hours away and I am not sure how I am going to handle diet/exercise while moving. I will do my best to ensure there is no break. I cook two weeks worth of meals at a time anyways so I could just load up my fridge I guess.“Sig line can't be a novel” - Mod

- I’ve kept a small food log for the last nine days. My goal there is to keep the snack entries to one or less per day.
-I’ve switched to skim milk and less coffee powder in my morning coffee. Weaker coffee means I put less sugar in it.
- I’ve done one hour and 25 mins of exercise this week. Some exercise is better than no exercise. I might have tendonitus. I’ll see someone about that soon.
- I stayed upstairs last night to put distance btwn myself and the fridge and that worked. It usually does but I hadn’t done that in a while.
- I’ve been feeling resigned/become desensitized to the number on the scale so I put on an old pair of jeans, felt how tight and uncomfortable they were and recorded the inches that I’d need to lose to button them up again. I think I’ll do that with each morning weigh-in for a bit.
There’s more but it’s taking me too long to write this out so I’ll end there.ttylstart where you are

I had to take a break three times today on the treadmill but in the end I got the hour done. So mission accomplished.

Starting weight: 196,5lbs
Goal weight: 187lbs
Final weight: --lbs
Total loss: 5,1lbs
Weekly average: 1,28lbs/week
Week 1: Friday 1st December: 194,2lbs -2,3lbs Pretty good week, been a while since I was able to be this consistent through the weekend and the higher rate of weight loss reflects it.
Week 2: Friday 8th December: 193,6lbs -0,6lbs Not great progress but still progress. Last weekend wasn't as clean, planning for this one to be.
Week 3: Friday 15th December: 191,2lbs -2,4lbs Good week, had a couple days where I had a few beers but I fit them in my macros and it worked.
Week 4: Friday 22nd December: 191,4lbs +0,2lbs well I did go off diet last weekend, but stayed true throughout the week. I foresee I won't be able to lose much for the next couple weeks because of the holidays but I'll stay on track other than festivities.

Something weird is happening to me, I've been losing weight from friday till this sunday morning (from 196,7 to 195,2 lbs) , even while eating at my usual weekend surplus and even beyond because of christmas. This just never happened before, usually after my weekend surplus i end heavier the next day, now is like if my TDEE magically raised from one week to another, or maybe is my body responding to having a brief from the strict calorie deficit from monday to friday? can't tell.
What i've doing different is that i've walked a lot, (and quite fast) around downton getting gifts and stuff, but nothing beyond 10 km, but i didn't hit the gym. I don't think that walking can make such a difference on weight loss,Lifting since Jan 2018

This is how my weigh ins usually go lol. Friday, highest recorded weight in almost 2 weeks...FML
From my experience with tracking my weigh every single day, I burned about 80 calories per mile. I use to walk/run 4 miles a week before this forum post, but I'm getting near a low end body fat % and I wanted to slow my weight loss to prevent muscle loss so I stopped running. Weight loss slowed by about 0.1 pounds per week. Honestly, felt like all the pain and torture of 4 miles a week was pretty pointless lol.Last edited by Kalagaraz; 12-24-2017 at 12:04 PM.

Tomorrow no gym but will keep intake reasonable. Hope everyone else does the same. (remember this is supposed to support lifestyle habits)
