I stepped to the scale today and as an result of eating a lot and drinking alcohol last Friday, my weight was 111.6 kg today. So four days to lose 1,7 kg to even get to the same where I was Friday morning. Well, great thing about weight loss is that it seems that I get what I deserve. When I'm disciplined, the weight comes off in relatively consistent and predictable manner, but when I'm not, the scale jumps up. So time to be disciplined again. Last two weeks have not been good in terms of discipline. My short term goal right now is to stay in deficit for the next four weeks and then eat a bit more freely during Christmas week and then continue with the weight loss after new years eve.

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Yesterday evening there was a power outage. I was sitting in front of my computer and then suddenly total darkness came. It seemed that the whole neighborhood was without electricity. I had one more meal to eat, so I waited for a while for the electricity to come back, but then I just decided to go to McDonald's, because it seemed that the power was not coming back very quickly and it was probably the only place still open at that time. I would not call that cheating since the calories from the burger I ate fit my calorie budget, so in that sense it is all good.

Perfect example of IIFYM and flexible dieting in play. Just because you're losing weight there is no reason you can't still eat the foods you enjoy. It's all about moderation, portion size, and self control.
So long as the burger helps you meet your protein and fat requirements while staying within your calorie limit, you're golden...provided you can stay away from unnecessary calories coming from the fries, milkshakes, mcflurrys etc (I dont care, I MAKE mcflurry calories fit my requirements for the day!)"Through Calorie-counting all things are possible" : Phil 19:26

We can do It!!! I dont want to see 145 before April 2018.
Just have to be realistic. Depending on what I look like at 140 I may not go back to 130's until I step on a stage.
I have photos of 139-134 in my bodyspace I'm just hoping to retain as much muscle as possible during this cut. 138-134 I was so skinny I really hope I put on some decent mass.
