Tomorrow night is ufc night so im not sure how im going to do the calorie thing but ill figure something out. As for today another day of cardio done.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Well, I don't need torrents though. In Finland UFC has a distribution deal with Viaplay which makes the the PPV events available for Viaplay subsrcibers for only paying the monthly fee and since Viaplay offers also other sports that I like to watch (NHL, Premier League, Cahmpions League etc.) It is a no brainer for me to be a subscriber.

It is very friendly.
Half of me feels sorry for you and the other half thinks your a moron.
I have researched this extensively and done it myself in the past.
Fasted steady state cardio for at least 60 minutes ideally 90 minutes or more. Don’t consume calories for at least 2 hours after.
Don’t do any kind of exercise that will ‘pump’ the muscles like cycling or stair climber.
Don’t use the treadmill on any incline or if outdoors choose flat terrain. You can jog or walk, obviously jogging will have quicker results.
This is the post where you gave someon advice on how to lose muscle. You listed advice from a random website, hardly extensive research. And its from a bodybuilder, who had an extreme amounts of muscle. Hardly relevant to a random novice. I've read through your posts and why you seem nice, you seem arrogant and up your own arse at the same time, just saying from an outside perspective.Healthcare Crew

I finished week 4 of my training program.. That is 25% to where I was last year and felt pretty happy (I was still fat but at least I wasn't obese). I think I am 12.5% to abs (if I lose 2 lbs/week) and 7.41% until I finish my 54 week program. I swear, fitness turns me into some sort of math genius. In college I should have worked on my calculus classes while on a treadmill - I would have aced everything.

Im giving up on cardio its too demanding on my legs but I will still be eating at about a 300 calorie deficit. I guess slow and steady wins the race.

Getting down in those lower BF%s you shouldn't push for 2LBs per week. Your body can only pull about 30 calories per pound of body fat from your body. If your deficit is greater than that you are definitely losing muscle as well.
As an example, here is a chart I made for myself to keep my weight loss in the fat only range.
