Well weekend has been a mess as was to be expected, today I was going to get back into it and even tracked my breakfast but started feeling a bit sick with a throatache, and personally I can't diet while sick so today was not the day I got back on track.
Scale shows it and I'm expecting the next two weeks to be really bad, it has also been really hot here in the south which is not helping at all lol.

I went to the gym yesterday. I had some issues with my car and I did not want to drive it, before I get it fixed, so I went with my bicycle. Half way to the gym it started to feel like it was a big mistake. There was ice everywhere and especially this one bike road was nothing but ice and even walking was kind of difficult... LOL. Usually they put some gravel on top icy walking/bike roads during winter to make it little less slippery, but I guess due to Christmas that was not done yet. I chose a little different route back to home and it was little better, but pretty damn slippery still.
And yeah, I have to admit, I ate a lot during Christmas eve and Christmas day. I haven't tracked my calories or checked my weight this week, but I expect to see a not so nice number on Friday... I'll get back on track after new years eve.My fat loss log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173521121

I got on the scale to see how im doing and it said 156.8. So thats good.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

That's some dedication right there lol. I don't even want to walk outside to start my car when it's cold, much less ride a bicycle in it.
Mine says 143.2 right now, but come Friday weigh in it will probably be like 149 for no particular reason just to spite me...
On a more serious note, I've gotten a couple comments (3 different people actually) that it looks like I'm at an unhealthy/sickly looking low weight right now. Probably take pictures and get a bodyfat estimate again in the sticky and see what people on here think. I figure I'm still at about 17-19% BF and I'm still 8 pounds from my total cutting goal. I know I'm lacking muscle mass, but figured I'd could still get down to about 13-15% bodyfat before needing to bulk. Maybe it's just that people arn't use to me being low weight, and I have lost the weight fairly quickly (About 30 pounds in 4 months total so far).

Well I am unsure if it is a setback or a good thing, but apparently my hormones and bloodwork have been off. Unsure how long that is true, but the doctor wants to start me on a hormone replacement gel, as my level for being 36 is only 270ish. 3 different blood tests confirmed. I am not sure how I feel about it, explains why I gained the belly I have but still....my poor poor low testosterone body......wonder what effect this will have on my fat loss, might have to go into a muscle building mode for awhile while the doctors figure this thing out....I dunno..

Early weigh in for me.. it's 3 am but I plan on having a long workout before work @ 7 am and stuff to do after work so it was this or skip the gym - and here I am =p
212.7 lbs
Looks like I am on track to hit my goal *knock on wood* since I did 0 cheating for the holidays this year. I am looking forward to being fat - I mean, to lose enough weight to be fat instead of obese.
Ok, those weights aren't going to lift themselves. I hope I was coherent, I don't like being awake this early.“Sig line can't be a novel” - Mod

Weigh in (12-29-17): 144.9
Screwed my weigh in up lol. Drank a few beers last night and stayed out pretty late. Ended up not getting most my daily calories in till like 1 am. Woke up this morning and forget to weigh in immediately and ate a sandwich and drank a coke before weighing in.
Still not too bad though. Next weigh in probably going to show a huge loss since I weighed 142.5 yesterday.

Hi everyone! It's been a while. Hope everybody is still killing it!
Could I get added to the spreadsheet in time for Jan please?

Been, I don't want to say plateauing because it's not like I've been trying really, but I've been maintaining the same weight for around 6 months now. Motivation and urgency kinda deserted me, but I'm happy I haven't been gaining weight. Well, I gained 12 lbs over the last two weeks (lol) but I'm confident a good portion of that will be water and gone soon, hence the aggressive target for just 1 month of cutting!Getting back into it!
Start Weight (2015): 312 lbs

After Christmas the scale was up to 202.8 lbs, but still I was quite confident that it was mostly water since I have previous experience with binge eating weekends, but i worried when from tuesday to thursday, even running a super low carb diet, the weight barely got closer to the 200 limit. Well it finally paid off today morning. I still hindered my goal even more (not gonna make at 2 lbs/week loss rate), but atm I don’t care that much about the goal that I set, I only care about the consistency.

Anyone who manages to lose weight this week or even maintain deserves reps and more!
I can't weigh in until tomorrow or Sunday as i'm away at the grandparents but I know its bad. Weighed in at 166 on Wednesday before leaving (4lbs more than on Friday).
I think the whole point of this thread is to help each other out and share our trials and tribulations in regards to weight loss. Is the ideal range between 250-1000? Its not the end of the world, theres a few people who have built great physiques while on TRT, quite a few even post on these forums.Healthcare Crew
