Hi,
I'm jealous of my friend. He's 25, eats pizza (Domino's Pizza) almost everyday and he eats a lot of it. He's not huge, but he's certainly got decent size and very fit looking. Good showing abs and everything. How is he able to eat so much junk pizza and still look amazing?
I've asked him how he does it and he doesn't even know. He doesn't really watch his diet too much, he just makes sure he eats a lot of protein and takes his protein shakes and works out 4 days a week. He's got decent muscle mass and is pretty lean. It blows my mind. I'm jealous because pizza is one of my favorite foods, and it makes me sad that I'm not eating it for the sake of trying to improve my body figure while he's just munching away with a dream body...
Any ideas?

Fatty foods increase testasterone levels, especially for guys over 40. I learned this from that Marc guy,the sixpackabsover40 guy,the one that looks like george w bush, and he also says that men over 40 should'nt do cardio, traditional cardio, like running on treadmills for instance, but i still do the swimming sessions cause they are very good for the mind and they help me to beat insomnia. I'm Gonna start eating pizza more often though. Had a ton of steak last night. Skyrocketed t-levels galore !

I literally wrote "come to NYC" in my comment
Any with a thin, crispy crust and flavorful sauce. I'm not too picky. I do like Neopolitan style pies as well, my favorite used to be at a speakeasy called SRO (single room occupancy) where they would deep fry the crust before finishing it off in the oven (called the Montanara).
