Brahs just got back from Perth. Went to my mate's house warming on Saturday night which was sick. Also checked out Hillary's Marina and went to Fremantle too. My mates parents have an insane property in Perth and his grandparents live on the beach too. Mind blown on how much property you can buy for $1,000,000 in Perth compared to Sydney.

Drove down to Dunsborough for a couple of days too...was legit impressed at the beaches. Meelup, Smith's beach, fkn hnnnnnng.

Tried to surf, failed. But I will be trying every weekend this summer so I can hopefully stand up by 2018 haha.

Was Smiths beach really warm? Have memories of it being way warmer water than other beaches in that area last time i was there
