Glad I built my home gym. **** guys we are on some next level apocalypse **** now. Qantas planes are being parked up by the hundred at Avalon airport it is a parking lot. I feel like we are in some kind of mad max timeline. Also the brewers are asking if they are allowed to keep brewing and delivering beer, if they have to stop production it's a 3 month lead time to get going again.

Obviously it's not going to help anyone meet their powerlifting goals, but their are some coaches like Hypertrophy Coach on IG who have released home workouts to help people at least do something. Paul Carter also put out a bodyweight only leg routine a while back too.

I trained late last night when no one was around to get that last workout in and bid the joint farewell for what will probably be a 6 month hiatus. I always train late when there are maybe a couple of people in there so social distancing hasn't been an issue. I'm more likely to be exposed to this insidious arsewipe of a virus lining up at the shop behind stockpilers.

Look for parks that have workout equipment. I've seen a few with dip bars and a shoulder press/pulldown that is useless with bodyweight but weigh it down with a heavy backpack and it should be fine.

I had some training equipment in the cart but when I went to order Scrotmo was giving his speech and boom it was all out of stock. Managed to order a 2" thick barbell and a big stack of plates so I can keep deadlifts in the rotation. I'll miss all that sweet Hammer Strength equipment, cables, and being able to grab the exact DB weight I want but I have an incline bench and some Ironmind adjustable dumbbells that can take 80kg.

Parks with workout equipment, there's one near me thankfully, will be hitting that up, combined with cardio beach walk sessions.

Yeah pick up a dip belt for a few bucks, hang something off it like a jug of water, and find a park with some parallel bars. Tris, front delts, and pecs don't have to disappear. Same goes for pullups. There should be a map showing where they all are in your area.
