Year and a half later, am i on the right track?

Iv been on my weight loss journey for a year and half now. Been lifting for a year of that now. So far I have lost 116lbs sitting at 165.

While I do have a gut even with some fair loose skin happening I'm starting to look bony like in my upper region. Just wondering if I should just continue to cut to get rid as much as possible or maybe start to bulk? I'm eating at 1700 keeping my protien at about a 1g/lb of body weight. Here is some pictures for you.

IMO, you should continue your cut. I wouldn't say you look "too skinny" or anything. I would drop another 10 lbs and then come to this question again based on what the mirror is showing.

Great progress so far though OP. 116 lbs is impressive.

I agree. I'm on the same path and will cut until 10 percent body fat regardless of muscle development and loose skin. Then lean bulk!

I was thinking that too. Even my family was saying that I was starting to look unhealthy but I think they are just not used to me being this thin, including myself. It had me thinking if maybe I was doing something wrong now.

Fantastic results bro, you don't look unhealthy at all. Still need to lose abit more fat to be in a healthy bodyfat range but you are very close. Drop another 10-14 pounds then re-evaulate.

In this sick world, anything less than overweight is unhealthy.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

I agree with this. You've done an admirable job of cutting and maintaining/building muscle. You don't look bony or too thin. Just drop another 10 lbs and then reassess your appearance and goals. You look to have a solid muscle base under that last bit of fat so don't sweat what other people say.
