Hi,
I’m trying to burn more fat in the upcoming period. So I’m thinking of adding ALCAR and L-Carnitine into my supplement stack as follows:
Pre-Workout (Early Morning training & Empty Stomach):
- Coffee (3 espresso shots)
- 5 gm BCAA
- 5 gm Creatine Monohydrate
- 5 gm Beta Alanine
- 3 gm L-Citrulline DL-Malate
- 2-3 gm ALCAR
Post workout
- 25 gm protein from a protein shake
- Around 25 gm carbs from apple or dates or banana.
- 1-2 gm L-Carnitine.
After 3- 4 hours (before lunch)
- 2-3 gm ALCAR
Does it sound right? please advise

Stick with 2-3g of ALCAR total spread throughout the day. I tend to do 1g 1-2x daily. Lose the L-carnitine. If you have L-Citrulline take 2-4g pre, but if you have cit mal take 6-8g.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
