I embarked on my first ever fat loss journey when I found myself unhappy with how I looked. I started my journey on Sept 18 and hope to continue till I achieve my desire goal. I will log here based on months goal.
18 Sept -
Weight - 74.2 kg
Calorie intake - ?. I did not calculate it
Maintenance - same as above
Waist - 37 inch
Body fat - 27.4
30 Oct -
Weight - 73.7 kg
Calorie intake - I was miscalculating. It was 2210
Maintenance - 2375
Waist - 39 inch
Body fat - 28.1
19 Nov
Weight - 72.5 kg
Calorie intake - 1950
Maintenance - 2375
Waist - 33.5 inch
Body fat - 24.8
Now that I have my calculations accurate, I'm hoping to achieve my goal of less fat and probably get abs too.
Any suggestions during my fat loss course are most welcome.

Body fat - Last time I checked was on this forum and it was around 20 to 22
I'm consistently losing weight with 375 deficit but I'm hoping to increase my deficit. I'm no fully satisfied by 1.2 kg loss per month. Any one have suggestions?
