Hi guys,
I'm interested in trying some nootropics specifically for cognitive and focus related benefits.
Can you recommend some products, either stand-alone ingredients or blends/stacks?
I've been looking at things like l-tyrosine, noopept, phosphatidyl serine.
Just want to try something with a good track record/evidence. (and is safe)
Thanks

I personally like CDP Choline or alpha-gpc, along with ALCAR and huperzine
Yes, it basically works synergistically with caffeine and helps extend the energy for multiple hours. There is a 100mg dose of theacrine in our nootropic supplement MAN Sports BrainBridge. It's loaded with nootropics, including the ones I mentioned above, at full doses.
Check out the label on our company website. There is also a review done on it by stack3d (one of the biggest supplement news site that provides unbiased reviews of products as well)-MAN Sports Representative -

Out of all the nootropic and focus type supplements, my favorite is Redcon1 Mental Trigger. Good for morning or early afternoon. I don't like taking when working out later because it has teacrine in it, so I have a harder time sleeping.
Has Alpha GPC, L-dopa, mild caffeine and teacrine, and bioperine. I usually take it as a preworkout mixed with a non-stim pump pre.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I am currently taking Big Noise, it has a number of focus agents. It also has agmatine, glycerol so the pump is very intense. I am not sure on the effect of focus agents, because that is not the reason I bought the product, I get very good sleep, not working at the moment and I get my diet sorted so I am not sure if I am focused due to formula or naturally. I think it kind of felt like extra focus. I know what stims feel like and no way in the world I am taking that again. Too sensetive

Yes, in terms of what actually crosses the blood brain barrier and enhances cognition.
Usually alpha gpc &a CDP choline are preferred over choline bitartrate due to this reason, along with the fact that choline bitartrate needs dosing of 1-3G to be effective, whereas alpha gpc is around 300-600mg, and CDP choline is around 250-500mg.
For further clarification and differences between the choline types, check out priceplow' article on choline-MAN Sports Representative -

Any ideas if Evomuse is going to have a BF deal? I was looking at the formula and quite impressed! I've been using Alpha Brain and Trubrain for a while now. I like both these formulas and they offer very unique benefits. I also did a jug of Brainbridge and really enjoyed that formula as well. If anyone wants to look into Trubrain let me know because I have 20% off link.
Currently using: Pre-Workout Boost: (Black Majgic:BZRK, Recon1:Total War, Alpha Lion:Superhuman) Intra:(Xtend) Proteins (Nutrabio,Truvani Plant Based). Orange Triad Multi, Nordic Naturals Fish Oil, Cognition Enhancement.

Declarative memory storage requires low cholinergic tone in SWS. This can be disrupted by excessive ACh.
