Just wanna ask if its okay to do additional chin ups with lat pull down. It will look like this
Lat pulldown 2*8 and chin ups 2*3. I can only do 3 chin ups and i wanna have more strength to do chin ups and pull ups because i suck at it. The original format of fierce 5 is lat pulldown 3*8. Is it okay? Or will it ruin the program? Thanks for the answers.

Lat pulldowns work the same muscles that chin ups and pullups work...I chose them because it's easy to manipulate weight for someone who can't do 3x8 sets of chin ups yet.
With that said, if you can do chin ups 3x8 then do that if you want. OR you can just use a chin up or pullup grip on the lat pulldown bar.
Whatever you decide to do you will be building chin up and pullup strength whether you do them or not. You don't have to do a specific lift to get better at it...the muscles are being worked thoroughly anyway.
