Hey guys, Ive been going at it at the gym with my workouts and trying to hit at least 20 minutes on the stair master 3-4 times a week for my cardio. However getting my belly fat to look smooth has been quite the challenge. I haven't been taking protein shakes in quite sometime but I was thinking of buying animal cuts in hopes that it will help give me the results i want since i know it is a fat burner. In addition i would also buy BCAA so that i won't lose any muscle during the cycle. Do you guys have any recommendations on my ideas?

Increasing or decreasing will depend on 1) your goal and 2)where you're currently at now macro and calorie wise

"fat burners" don't contribute much to the fat loss cause. Calorie deficit is how you obtain that, not through supplements. Get a better handle of your calories before you start introducing new supplements.

You're not 14% bodyfat.
You can't smooth out your stomach fat.
You need to cut in order to lose it.
Reduce your calories until you see the scale go down. You can't help the hopeless.
