This is why I try my best to stay disciplined and only look to buy coins that have potential to pump rather than coins that are pumping and fomo into them. When you fomo buy you have huge downside risk whereas if you just throw your money into something that's been going sideways you have little to lose and can just sell and move on if it doesn't go up.

This. Whilst some(very few) projects have such solid fundamentals and use cases that they will end up mooning naturally (look at XMR), most projects won't be around long term.

I keep seeing this with all these new ICOs, people buy them early, they pump 3-4x, then they start dumping, but for some reason you get all of these people that buy around the top/after the pump, and are so vocal about their "long term hold" strategy, which is just rationalisation for buying at the top and being a bagholder.

They then go to their Reddit/******** or whatever and just fill their echo chamber with how the coin is still going to the moon, but oh wait 3-6 months later it hasn't moved after the initial pump and has most likely bled down.

I have this weird feeling that chit is about to go down sooner than later and I'd rather observe it from the sidelines (and swoop in for the dips) so a question. Does Coinbase give you some kind of statement when did you buy, what currency did you buy and at what price? If there's one body which you don't fuk with it's the one responsible for taxes. If so, is it specifically for US or valid for other countries as well?

Should be a document on the website of either coinbase or GDAX,

I don't think it has the price you bought at but it will show dates and than you should easily be able to find what the price was on that date, from their you can make a excel spreadsheet and go from there.

project looks like chit. their roadmap says product should be already out working but it's just an alpha that has no code in it just interface. also what they are trying to do is probably not possible with all the fiat without having a lot of liquidity. the only positive is the mcap for a flip with enough shilling you could make some money

Buy numerous times in smaller amounts brah. If your order is larger than the rest of the orders in the book, bots detect it and will cuck you by 1 sat.
