From all I've gathered if you make profits. Report it as income and pay the capital gains tax on the earnings. Same as its always been I'm afraid.

Personally if I made serious money, and cashed out, I'd pay my cut to Uncle Sam. Then I'm free and clear. No worries. They're the last people to mess with. I'd rather pay my 25% and be legal and not worry. I'm not a tax expert but when in doubt, pay. LOL

Doubt it, just look at Zen. Dash was already a good working privacy coin, maybe even better than Monero. This is what I mean by good alts pumping naturally vs good ideas or coordinated pumps.

And you'll just LOL at how many there are. Got to get in pre-pre-preICO (i.e. make your own token) to profit in most of them, tbh.

Though LTC is relatively safe, I feel that $3k would have been better invested in OMG and NEO. I feel like you would see if not better but def a lot quicker gains from those 2.

I've got 2k more going in tonight, current split is:

79% BTC
9% BCH
8% LTC
4% chit

OMG/WTC/MONERO are the only main alts I hear about these days. NEO I guess I have heard of, I think. I still own no ETH.

I did. I sold them all (bar one) Jan/Feb 2017 - I don't even know why, I made like 2-3X profit but honestly, it puts you on suicide watch going through your LBC transaction history. If I had 10.4 BTC now, I'd be on a beach in cancun. I actually had more than 10 BTC, it was 32 BTC. I have kept only 1 single BTC because I always believed the owners of a whole BTC would be the kings of the post-apocalyptic future a la Blade Runner.

I don't own a hardware wallet, everything I have is stored on paper wallets. I should do something about that, but this was literally the worst time for me for this boom to happen. I already spent a ton of cash on real life stuff.

My buddy started mining them at the beginning and only has 2 or 3 coins. He estimates if he’s only sold what he needed to pay the power bill he’d be sitting on about $15 million

Its did this yesterday and people panic sold. Midway through the day it spiked up and the people that bought low on the dip made instant profit. When the Koreans are sleeping it goes down lol. Also coinbase was down AGAIN. Anytime it goes down the coins instantly drop.

Plus when that chitty Big Bang Theory comes on tonight it will bring more people in.

But this is all just a guess 🤣
