I want tell you I thing that just happened to me.
Today I had to study too much so I took a coffe after lunch and a Monster around 2 p.m.
I went to the gym at 7:10 p.m. And I felt stronger (I forgot I took the coffe, no placebo for sure), I increased all my lift, also the isolation ones.
At the end of the workout I felt that I could do another one and I had so much energy that I did one more rep for some exercises. Now, after about 3 hours I feel tired but until now.
When I finished my workout I tryed to understand why I had so much energy and I found 3 ways:
1 - Caffeine
2 - Good day
3 - A bit more rest. I was with my gym's partner, we have the same routine so we lost a bit time: rest +- 20 seconds (Plus the normal one, so for example 3 minutes + 20 seconds)

Holy crap... OP you could possibly have found a scientific breakthrough for super gainz here.... damn
The Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.
you can't half rep a deadlift.
you can't bounce a deadlift.
you can't arch to get an easier deadlift.
you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.
there's just you, some heavy ass weight, and your b!tch ass having to pick it up.

Interesting fact about caffeine in an attempt to inject something interesting into this thread, we use it in very premature infants regularly. Neonates who are really preterm often have a condition called apnea of prematurity, where for some not understood reason they will randomly stop breathing. For another not understood reason, caffeine of all things helps stop this. So we give caffeine (often 10 mg/kg IV as a loading dose, then 5 mg/kg IV (or by mouth) daily, and we go up on the dose if necessary) to the neonates until they are about 34 weeks corrected gestational age. Also, unlike in adults, caffeine in babies this young has a half life of up to a week, so it sticks around in the system a long time.
So it can kind of be life saving for the youngest of humans.

I don't mean to sound like I'm trying to compete with you OP... but to be honest I just want tell you a thing that just happened to me.

Isn't that weird?"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Which begs the question, if you "forget" that you took the control does the placebo effect still work on your subconcious? Or does placebo only work on your conscious and this transferred to your subconscious? Or is it all auto-suggestion?

Surely a exaggerated about the percentages.
I took caffeine in the past, also huge quantities before the wo but I never got the effects as yesterday so I was excited.
Although I knew the effect of caffeine (Use it during study as almost the whole world) for strenght output, saw that I didn't get a boost the first times I thought it was useless or at least not essential. From 136,4 kg to 76,8. I need your suggestion to keep my working on.

Unfortunately, for you, this little shot at me won't work out. At the most basic level, water is in fact wet. Your attempt to Google-fu me did not work out. You also missed the extreme sarcasm of my post in using common sayings like "gravity etc etc" and "water etc." I do look forward to your rebuttal so i can science the chit out of you and make you look even worse.
