    Lower Back Pain After Deadlifts

So I was doing deadlifts a few months ago after not doing them for a month or so, I stupidly used poor form and got some lower back pain. It has subsided but it still hurts. I have not deadlifted since. Does anyone know of any way in which I could recover?

Go see a physical therapist, this is hardly the place to ask.
"Listen, I want you to come down here and go dancing with me and we'll have fun together. You know you like The Spaniard, you know you like The Sith Lord, you know that. Hello? You're blushing, I know you're into The Sith Lord, I know it! Hello? Hello? Helloooo? Aww I lost connection."

As always I suggest going to a physician. It could be a muscle strain or a herniated disc. I've had both and the only thing for recovery was to just give it some rest. If it is something like a herniated disc, do not make it worse by shrugging it off and going back to lifting heavy ass weights. You could rupture a disc that way. Go get a scan and take it easy for awhile.
    - cheers

You need to go to an orthopedic surgeon.

A few months and still pain? You should definitely see an ortho surgeon for an evaluation. They will have you do some tests to determine any triggers that aggravate it vs at rest. You might need some imaging exams done as well depending on the severity. It can be anything really at this point and without an exam, it would be too vague to even make an assessment.
