    Yes, most of them are useless and bio-availability of the ingredients used is less than desirable. Even top shelf multis use (30-50$) questionable ingredients.

    Overall, they are not worth it in my opinion.

    I might not take them ALL every single day, but pretty close to it. Sometimes I forget or just don't feel like taking them, no big deal.

    I take them individually because I had bad experiences with a couple of the "high quality" multi vitamins. Plus most of them contain a bunch of stuff that I don't want/need, or in doses that are too high or low.

    I've had bloodwork done which confirmed that the multi vitamins weren't very effective. So either they're using low quality forms of certain vitamins, or they contained less (or none) than the label led me to believe.
