I will be logging iSatori's latest and most power packed and well-rounded pre-workout in their lineup.
I am starting Keto to cut some excess body fat and hope that this will give me the boost of energy that is needed with the reduction of carbs in my diet. Plus, I love a fully transparent and clinically dosed pre-workout and this definitely looks jam packed with nothing but great goodies!
As part of my new diet I will be switching from bro split workouts training only 1 body part a day to full body workouts 5 days a week and 2 cardio and conditioning workouts a week.

My numbers aren't as big as many of you beasts as I've suffered dual groin hernias twice in a year, torn both rotators 3 times and a semi detached pec muscle too. But proud to be lifting consistently after so many injuries.
