Alright guys and gals. Starting my log today with the new Isatori pre-workout, Morph Xtreme. Isatori was kind enough to send me the blue bombsicle flavor to log and give my thoughts on. From the looks of the formula, it promises to be a powerful product, with the inclusion of theacrine, yohimbe, and a hefty dose of caffeine. First thing I noticed was the size of the scoop, which is significantly larger than many other pre-workouts. This makes sense with each scoop making up a 28g serving. Definitely was looking forward to giving this a shot before my workout.
I typically workout 5-6 days a week, following a isolation type split. I train each body part at least once a week with very high volume. Legs is the exception as I split them into two workouts.
Diet wise I am for around 3000cals a day - give or take, and I often do IF for part of the day. this often leads me to training on an empty stomach, which I feel I operate best on.

Loved the energy I got from Morph Xtreme. Definitely noticed I was more focused and was able to push through a few more reps when I was getting tied. Pump in the legs was noticeable but not crazy, but I was not expecting much of a pump during this workout. The blue bombsicle flavor is STRONG and I was pleasantly surprised. Did 30min on the bike after this workout for a little cardio and cool down. So far pleased with this product and I'm now very excited to see how it will influence my other lifts.

Felt strong today in the gym and got a solid workout in. Again, noticed increased energy and focus since starting Morph Xtreme. Haven't had felt this good from a pre workout in a longtime. The last one to come to mind is the original Mesomorph. Finished off the workout with some abs. I try and hit abs at least three times a week .Tomorrow is a busy day so I'm interested in seeing how Morph Xterme will shine.

Glad your first impressions on MorphXtreme is a good one. You are the first to compare it to Meso. Are you talking from the energy standpoint?

11/20/17
Been sick ever since my last update. I took the weekend to recover and rest up. I haven't really gotten much food in the past couple days so I'm down a few pounds. Not necessarily a and thing as I am doing somewhat of a minicut now anyways - usually in a small deficit (200-300cals). Then problem is just feeling weak, but I was looking forward to getting back into the gym again today,
Workout - Hamstrings/Calves
Abduction: 5 x 10-15
Isolated Hamstring Curl: 4 x 10-12
Leg Press: 4 x 10
Lying Leg Curl 4 x 8-10
Seated Leg Curls 4 x 8-12
Great workout overall. I got a great pump from Morph Xtreme, which contribute greatly to the enhanced MMC that I felt. On the leg press, specifically, I really felt the connection with my hamstrings and so I was really able to hammer them without feeling it in my quads too much. I just felt really "in the zone" overall throughout the whole workout with a nice constant energy. Going to rest up and hit it again tomorrow.

Got a crazy pump today. After the first exercise my delts were tight. Did a lot of drop sets throughout the workout, which helped that out. fast and effective workout. I was in and out in 45min. Did 45min of fasted cardio in the AM.

Been traveling for the holidays and new job, so haven't been able to hit the gym. It felt good to reload for a a few days and rest up. Had a solid session back in the gym. Love the chest pump from Morph X and the focus. Just what i needed to get my mind right after not being able to lift.
