Guys, what's your cardio of choice when trying to get REALLY lean(6-8% bodyfat)??? The Elliptical? Stepper? Treadmill? Or Staionary/Recumbent Bike?

I like to do HIIT cardio outdoors while doing a combination of running, jogging, and walking.
The only cardio I would not suggest doing is swimming since swimming has been shown not to be effective with burning calories since your body gets cold in the water and insulation prevents calorie burning.
All other forms of HIIT though such as the Elliptical Trainer, Exercise Bike, Rowing Machine, etc. are fine.

how does being cold have anything to do with it, u r still working the body and the heart. in fact ive heard its sometimes better to to cold workouts (jog in cold temp) bc the body burns more cals to raise the temp to normal along with the cals ur buring while working out
This is really only true for overweight people though.

As it is starting to get cold up north, I'll be doing my exercises in the gym nowadays and the elliptical, rowing, bike, stairmaster and treadmill will all be used

3x a week HIIT sessions (sprinting),
Brisk Walking (40 mins in the a.m.)
Cycling ( Racer bike 1-2 hrs)
Heavy Boxing Bag ( 10- mins)
I tend to alternate these forms of cardio. At the time, I dont have access to my bike though . For the 6-8% b.f. I will tend to stic k to the high intensity cardio like sprints and heavy bag punching. IMO, mkae sure NOT to do on an empty stomach. Sure you are aware of that.

15 minutes of warm up and cool down, 30 of full incline walking at 4 mph- Get about 1.5 g of protein/lb of lean body weight/day
- Take at least 40-50 g of whey protein immediately post-workout
- Take 5 g of creatine monohydrate pre/post-workout
- Take a daily multivitamin
- Get at least 8 hours of quality sleep
- Take 2 or 3 days/week off. Rest allows growth.
