this is my everyday routine:
Thermogenic as soon as I wake.
Multivitamin Drink about 30 minutes after my thermogenic.
Pancake Breakfast - quite a bit of egg whites, maybe a glassful and one banana and steelcut oats.
Lunch - 120grams of Chicken Breast and 150grams of baked sweet potato
whey protein shake, 20grams of protein(40% whey, 40% casein, 10% egg albumen)
a greens smoothie
Supper - 120grams of Chicken Breast and 150grams of baked sweet potato
Quest chocolate protein bar right before sleeping
the above is what I have been doing everyday for over a week
I work out 4 days on, one day off, 4 days on, one day off.
I am 40yrs old and weigh 195lbs at the moment, 6ft tall, I don't know maybe 25% bodyfat.
Also taking a thermogenic.
I have been training for hypertrophy for almost 2 years.
Is my daily diet good? I want to shred fat and get to around 185lbs or 180lbs even better.
1) Is my diet good for cutting?
2) How long am I supposed to cut for?

Have you read the stickies not only on how to ask for advice but also about macros?

If you want a diet critique, list some macros and cals. We have no idea how much "quite a bit of eggwhites" is.
Also, just based on your list, you are severely lacking in dietary fats which are an essential macro just like protein. You also lack variety.

Not a shred of relevant information, you simply listed a vague list of foods.
Height, weight, TDEE, calories and macros would be a good start."There is no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlift"

Bro really? you are missing out bigtime!!
You put steel cut oats in a blender with about 1 cup of egg whites, a small dash of cinmammon and a little almond butter if you are bulkin.
Blend it, then cook it in a pan. Your blended oats is your flour.
Then you can put Walden Farm's 0% fat/0% sugar pancake syrup on it.
YUM YUM YUM, and maybe with some black coffee.Keep false accusations out of your sig line
