The results from the Kentucky Muscle are up on NPC news.
Here's the link: http://contests.npcnewsonline.com/co...championships/
They butchered my name though, wonder if I can get that fixed? It's C. Yeo... not CiYeo. Either way, that's me! EDIT: Contacted and fixed, great service there!!
What do you think ladies? I know I don't have a lot of time before the Arnold, but what do you think I should be focusing on? I'd appreciate any and all advice!

You look amazing! I also really like your posing. I obviously didn't see it live, but from the pictures on NPC it looks like a beautiful combination of art and athleticism. I looked at some of the other competitor's photos and they don't look nearly as creative.

I really worked hard on putting together a beautiful routine.
I know there's video of it out there, I'll try to find it and maybe get it up on Youtube!2020 Olympia Bound | NPC WPD Nationally Qualified | 2018 Arnold Amateur WPD Top 3 | 2x WPD Pro World Champion (INBA/DFAC)

You look beautiful!
No real advice other than bring it home for the Arnold. Keep on doing what you’re doing!Coming out of "retirement"...Meg is training for a Figure competition...again!!!

Symbolic reps all around... would if could!
I appreciate the support I get on here. My goal for the Arnold is just to dial in the leg conditioning a bit more. Shouldn't be impossible given where I'm starting from.
I'll keep the updates coming, usually it's pics in my gallery with the random forum post! And IG because it's easy
I've been told the KY Muscle was a NQ ... so that's cool. I don't know what/if I'm going to do with that, The Arnold was kind of my end game. I'm just going to focus on that and then think about what's next.
I always have powerlifting hanging out in my brain. That was a lot of fun - can't do both at the same time2020 Olympia Bound | NPC WPD Nationally Qualified | 2018 Arnold Amateur WPD Top 3 | 2x WPD Pro World Champion (INBA/DFAC)

Got my feedback from the judges, and it was quite good. Said I looked very good on stage. Great back. Work on tightening up my legs and butt, which is exactly what I knew anyway. And then just work on posing a bit, I wasn't quite nailing it. Makes sense, posing for the NPC stage is a bit different than the other orgs I've done so it was my first time. Also have to watch my waist. I was told I have great abs, but I need to make sure my waist stays very small and doesn't get blocky. That comes down to not doing ab specific work, and also to posing I imagine.
I'm happy with the feedback and appreciate that they send it!!2020 Olympia Bound | NPC WPD Nationally Qualified | 2018 Arnold Amateur WPD Top 3 | 2x WPD Pro World Champion (INBA/DFAC)

Congrats!! You look amazing!!
I feel like posing is one of those things you always have to be working to perfect. But it looks like you made a lot of progress from the last show pics I saw
Cant wait to see what you do next!!www.bikinisandbiceps.com

No one is going to care more about your progress than you. Everyone else is too busy chasing their own. You either do what you need to do to progress, or you remain where you are. The choice is yours.
