Hey all,
Having repeated issues with left injury strain. Especially with ez bar curls.
I cannot seem to settle on a good pair of wrist wraps to get. Yes, I know stretching and forearm exercises will be really important moving forward, but I could use some help picking a good pair of wrist wraps.
I was considering harbinger red line, maybe some scheik.
I also wasn't sure if I need 12", 18" or 24".
Again, wrists are quite small.
Thanks!

If you want really stiff, like a cast, check out the SBD stiff wraps. The longer the more cast-like... I use 1m (36in) for competition.
The Harbingers you're looking at won't be nearly that stiff. They look like they might be like my Titan Max RPM. You'll have to pull them very tight for to offer a decent amount of support. I'm not even sure how that support would work for curling... I only use them for benching/pressing.USAPL RAW Competitor
