I'm becoming a huge fan of James Fell and bodybywife.
He basically gives all the good advice you get on these boards without the attitude. And he links to studies and other articles to expand on what he's saying.
He is a writer, and trying to sell his book. He also ventures into left leaning politics a little more than I like.
But when it comes to fitness, weight loss, and lifting, he knows his stuff. He is pro cardio, pro lifting, and states flat out that if you have to choose one it should be lifting.
