    Looking to start competing in men's physique to start
    5'9 158lbs
    What should I bring up what are my strength weaknesses
    What about BF%

    How far am I from competing

    Not bad so far. You have a good base. I would look to widen your back, add size to your shoulder and arms. And maybe some size in general

    The board short physique has less mass yes
