    Smile Arm size increase

I'm currently trying to increase my arm size, I haven't been to the gym for 3 months, but I've trained at home and was able to increase my strength by doing weighted one arm press ups and pistol squats with dumbbells, I have finally found a good gym that I can join now, ever since my old gym closed down. My arms were 14 inch arms at 180lbs now they're 13.8 at 170lbs, probably because I haven't been that consistent with my bulk, but now my goal is to reach a fluffy 230lbs at 6ft 1, trying to get to the same weight as Eric Bugenhagen, and afterwards just recomp and maintain my weight. I was wondering how long will it take for me to get to 18inch arms, just a rough estimate, my arm genetics are poverty, I have long heads, not that short peak bicep so that kind of explains my small arms for my weight, I'm planing to gain this weight within 12 to 15 months, I'm 18 so I don't think that I'll gain that much fat since that's what I noticed in past experiences, and it'll probably be easy to get to 180lbs since I was previously there and usually I regain my weight within a month, knowledge from past experiences, so my question how long will it take get to 18 inch arms, I'm not asking for the exact time I'm just asking for an estimate, for example at 200lbs or something like that, thanks for reading

If you want 18 inch arms while being somewhat lean and have poverty arm genetics, it will probably take you several years if you stay natural. If you read the stickies here you'll see it's probably ideal to not gain more than 2 pounds a month. You're correct in that you can regain lost weight more quickly but after gaining that 10 pounds I'd aim for 2 pounds a month increase; going beyond that will lead to more fat gain without much benefit.
