Hello everyone, i've seen some post regarding nofap and in a way i'm glad to hear i'm not the only one going through this journey, i'd like to give yall some info about whats been going on with me and maybe you guys can help me...so i'm 19, i've masturbated atleast once a day since age 12 or 13, i've had steady sex before since age 16-17 an for about a year and a half i had stop because of my break up with me ex but i continued beating my meat everyday...i have a new girlfriend now and well i'm having some problems...we mess around and i get head and im able to get an erection but once its time to stick my dick in i lose that erection not letting me finish the task...we were actualy able to have sex once after a few tries..do you guys think this is from masturbation?? Has this ever happen to you? If so did the problem ever get fixed?? Help! I'm on my 5th day of nofap, and i got a Bj yesterday would that affect my healing? I didn't ejaculate though.

Don't fall for the nofap meme, you're just experiencing what most teenagers do at your age.
However, my advice would be to not watch as much porn.
