So right now I'm increasing my vertical jump but I'm not sure what to do besides the obvious which is jumping but I don't how how many sets and reps so if any of you have any I guess vertical jump programs I would love to see it.

I followed the vertical jumping tips at https://verticaljumpworld.com. They really know what they are talking about when it comes to jumping higher. I added about 6 inches to my jump over around 4 months. Got my first dunk. That site also does a free jump training program that is worth checking out too.
