    Weight Gain when bulking help!!!!

So basically I’m trying to find out the calories I need to gain about 0.5-1.0 a week as I’m going to do a bulk. These are my results after 2 weeks eating 3000 calories every day........

    Day 1 - 145.5.
    Day 8 - 147.5
    Day 15 - 145.5

Should I carry on eating 3000 calories or should I increase them? In 2 weeks I’ve stayed the same weight...... any help or advice would be great thanks !!!!!

On the first week that was just 2lb of water weight. Are your lifts still progressing or have you stalled in those 2 weeks? If you’ve stalled then increase your calories by 100.

If you're not gaining, up the cals by 200 and see how your weight changes from there. Learning your metabolism is a process if trial and error. A calculator can only predict your caloric needs so well.
I get bigger when I cut.
