Not discouraging at all. Thanks for your input. You bring up a good point, and I've already questioned the accuracy of the scale BF% a few times.
What is the flexible tape procedure you are referring to? Is it taking tape body measures and plugging those into a BF% calculator online? Which online calc. are you using?
Thanks!

Did legs and abs last night. I was pretty beat so I can't exactly say it was a solid workout, but at least I didn't skip the day. Kept the diet on point though.
187.8 lbs and 18.8% BF on the scale this morning.
Another milestone achieved! +20 lbs loss since the start of this thread. I'm also fairly confident I can say a 5% BF reduction at this milestone too. I really need to snap some reference pics soon.
We're now 87 days into this 200 day transformation, with 113 days still to go. Slowly but surely we will get there!
Big thanks to all of those who contributed their input so far tooLast edited by PhiRR9; 01-18-2018 at 09:32 AM.

Back tracked a little this weekend. No workouts and def ate too much at dinner out Sat. night (I love Spanish tapas sooo). I've been spending tons of time working on house projects and repairs, so at least I kept active.
188.8 lbs & 18.8% BF this morning
Gotta stay on point all week with diet and make sure to put in those workouts.
I think at this point it's safe to say weekends are my biggest challenge and continue to always set me back. Need to find a way to really be strategic with my weekend cheat meals and fit those into an overall deficit.

wow, congrats on your progress
after reading your first post and your last post, it seems like you already reached your goal. Then again, it doesn't seem like you are satisfied. You might as well continue and be the best shape of your life.
i started at 206 lbs and i'm 176 lbs now, i only intended to lose 40 lbs, but i changed my goal and i will go for 60 lbs instead and i'm half way there.

Hey man you are doing great keep it up! I did a cut a while back and did IF and RPT which actually resulted in gaining strength while cutting from 215 to 175(or somewhere close to that) and the workouts concentrate on big lifts and are pretty quick... check out leangains.com and read all the articles it was life changing in regards to training and weight loss for me! Also I have the same struggles on weekends as you do because unlike the weekdays when my day is structured around work you can eat whenever on weekends... so I usually go as long as I can without eating anything except a protein shake after I lift in the morning so I can save my calories until night and eat 1200 or so all at once! Works for me worth a try! Keep up the good work!

Forgot to post, but Sat morning after a solid leg and abs routine I was down to 179.4 lbs & 16.8% BF. Was very excited to see the BF% getting down closer to my goal.
Back up to 180.8 lbs & 17.3% BF this tues morning, so it's those same ups and downs still, but overall progress is good. The ups are lower than ever!

Haven't been posting as much, mainly bc I've been super busy with the wedding planning and work.
I've been putting in more gym time though, and am really back into the swing of things regarding lifting heavy and compound/strength sets to keep my heart rate up.
179.1 lbs & 168.9% BF this morning. I was down a bit more on Friday, but the weekend took that away lol.
Overall, I'm starting to see less weight loss but more definition of muscles, so that's a good thing.
I'd really like to get under 15% ahead of the wedding. That's the last milestone, and I think it'll be possible. Just gotta keep at it!
