Question about proper form and fierce 5

So I am currently training with the fierce 5 program. My question is, if your form is not proper when moving up in weight due to the weight being too heavy, even after deloading 15%, what then?

Drop the load a bit further, to a point where you can once again get all your reps with good form, and then work the progression back up again over a week or two.

Whenever form goes South, the correct fix is always to reduce the weight a little.

This. You can also try going up in smaller weight increments.
