I have gotten serious about losing fat while strength training a little over 8 months ago.
During this time period I have dropped from 227 pounds to 210.
Stats :
Age : 28
Height : 5,71 feet
Current weight : 210 Pounds
Activity level :
- 6 hours /week at the gym strength training (5x5 Stronglift program)
- 20 min bike ride to / from work everyday
- 15 min HIIT workout at home (Tabata style)
Here are my Macros :
Weightlifting days : 1725 Calories (95g C ; 85g F ; 145g P)
Normal days : 1600 Calories (50g C ; 108g F ; 107g P)
I seem to be doing pretty good while building up my performance on Compund lifts but recently I've been failing a lot on my last reps (mostly getting dizzy from the intense effort)
