Hi, new to the site.
Short story
- Start 114lbs
- 5/6 days a week of intense Body building for 2 months
- Month 1 hits, 127 Lbs
- Currently hard stuck 127 Lbs a month later
- Around 8.6% B/F
- Current Macos
*402Carbs/3500 Calories/ 103 fat/247 protein
*All Clean food (aside from 200g low fat ice crème)
*No suppliments (except pre and whey)
*Currently 2 Servings of whey a day (50g protein)
Any tips? I think I can hit 4k Calories a day but it would be through like PBJ Sandwiches or something. Otherwise I'm constantly full

If you arent gaining you aren't eating enough simple as. I would weigh yourself daily, or once or twice a week at least. You should be going up in weight week by week if you are bulking right. Yeah you will be adding muscle but it sounds like your body has adjusted and 3500 calories is maintenace for you.
Thats crazy though, im 175 pounds and I cut (losing 1-2 lbs a week) at 1900 calories!Healthcare Crew
