    It's hard to say much from that pic but you don't have much mass so my priority would be to lift heavy and add a bit of size before you cut. BF I'd say is no higher than 16

    Yes. Likely won't put on mass at that deficit, but will help protect what muscle you do have.

    if you're sitting in a deficit, at 1750 kcals - shouldn't you know if it's effective by tracking your weight?

    Regular weigh in's, even after 2 weeks should show you if you're in the ballpark for weight loss.

    Can anyone guess my BF% I was thinking 12%. Last time I measured it, it was 8% on an electronic bodyfat reader, that was when I was very skinny. I included the before pic.

    I'd say around 15, but you want to put some mass on before you start cutting as you lose muscle during the cutting phase aswell u need extra weight before you start thinking about it.

    It looks around 12-13% to me.
    But at your weight it doesnt matter. Focus on gain some mass first.
