Seeing a lot of these threads. Feeling a bit undecided due to a month or so of spinning my wheels. Thought I'd ask for ya advice to me formulate a decision. Pic attached contains two images my body-comp fluctuates between the two depending on what I have ate (the chubbier one and blurry-ish one being after eating 1000-1300g of carbs for three days straight xd).
Height 5'11 (182cm)
Weight 176-190lb (Dem carbs make it fluctuate brah)
Waist 34.5"-35" (At naval)
Bicep 15"
Neck 15.4"
Key Lifts
Bench 60kgx8 (weak af :/)
Deadlift 180kgx5
Squat 90kgx5
Incline Dumbell Press 27.5kgx8 (weight of each dumbell). All exercises for 4 sets .
Overheadpress 24kgx8 (dumbells)

You could easily cut 10-15 pounds. I also question your diet. Some fluctuation is normal but 14 pounds and that amount of bloating isn't. What are you eating that gives you that? If you aren't eating 5000 calories of junk food on those days, you might have some sort of food intolerance.
