    Cut or Bulk ??

    Hello Guys,

    Need your help!!!

    Age - 30 years.
    Height - 6 ft.
    Weight - 160lb.
    Body fat - 20.8% (Not accurate measured from one of the body weight scale).
    Work outs/week - 3-5 days intermediate level.
    Cardio/week - 2-4 days (20 min moderate cardio).

    Please see the attached pics for better understanding of where I am at right now. I am in that skinny fat category. big belly, thin arms, and my wrist is awful. My genetics are worse and I am not gonna b"tch about it but trying to figure out the right path to reach my goal. My goal is to have lean muscular body. Please help me out!!

    Questions.

    1) Should I bulk or cut ? and why ?
    2) How many calories should I aim per day (cut/bulk) ?

    how many calories should I aim in a day ? i know it varies but if i go by 300 calories deficit, what would you think my total calories in a day ?

    Good question - i have fat if you can see in the pictures , specially lower abs. so my question break down to, is it first to cut down the fat and then bulk or with my height and weight, i can start clean bulk. Hope this helps my question. Thanks in advance.

    I tend to agree with this advice ^^^^.

    OP, you appear to have a pretty good base. I'd say do a SLOW bulk (gaining 2 pounds a month) and lift HARD and HEAVY.
