Hello Guys,
Need your help!!!
Age - 30 years.
Height - 6 ft.
Weight - 160lb.
Body fat - 20.8% (Not accurate measured from one of the body weight scale).
Work outs/week - 3-5 days intermediate level.
Cardio/week - 2-4 days (20 min moderate cardio).
Please see the attached pics for better understanding of where I am at right now. I am in that skinny fat category. big belly, thin arms, and my wrist is awful. My genetics are worse and I am not gonna b"tch about it but trying to figure out the right path to reach my goal. My goal is to have lean muscular body. Please help me out!!
Questions.

1) Should I bulk or cut ? and why ?
2) How many calories should I aim per day (cut/bulk) ?
