What would you say your number one tip/trick/etc. is for your fitness/power/cardio/etc. regimen? What is the exercise that really gets you pumped or helped you past a plateau? Or what technique really helped you grow?
Some people say their number one modifier was supersets, or half-sets to increase time under tension, or doing a HIIT routine several times a week in addition to lifting. Some people say they need to do deadlifts or their whole body falls apart. It could even have been a diet thing (like a favorite superfood).
Let's assume that we all know that dedication, commitment, and actually doing your workout are a must and a given.

Never lift past technical failure, especially on demanding compound movements. Lift calm (for the most part!), and remember that there are more ways to achieve progressive overload than just getting that one or two extra reps.
