foods that are ALL PROTEIN, and no carb/no fat?
tuna almost qualifies, except there's usually fat, so tuna doesn't count.

I'm about to blow your mind:
You are never going to find a viable food source that is 100% pure protein.
Whey protein (powder) has trace carbs, as does casein.
Chicken still has fat (more fat than tuna).
Beef still has fat.
Any kind of fish still has fat, as do crustaceans such as crab and lobster.
Fat-free yogurt still has carbohydrates.
Fat-free milk still has carbohydrates.
I don't know what you're trying to achieve with this thread.
