    Angry What’s happening?

Hi so i just finished my cut on 1850ish cals a day and on wednesday i increased to about 2100, then yesterday at 2400, then today i think i’m going to stay at 2400ish, but the scale says i have gained around 3 pounds. I realize that a lot of this will be water/glycogen but is that all? Or am i gaining a lot of fat?? my sodium has varied around 2000-4500 btw. thanks also this is my first bulk i am 17 5’10 152ish

You do not gain fat that fast.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I'd say go to 2600, give it 2 weeks or so, then increase further as needed once water weight stabilizes.

Pretty much; water weight tends to take ~2 weeks to 'settle' in most cases. Also that is long enough for real changes to start to be noticeable beyond daily fluctuation. Use a moving average and weigh yourself daily for best accuracy.

Too many factors to say; maybe 5 pounds, maybe 10...
