Hey! The current routine I'm using goes as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wedensday, Thursday (GYM). Friday, Saturday, Sunday. (REST).
I'm curious to whether I can change this to being Monday(GYM). Tuesday(REST). Wedensday(GYM). Thursday(REST). Friday(GYM). Saturday(REST). Sunday(GYM). Monday(And so on).
To me, changing it to be like this could have no negative impact at all. But then again, I didn't make the routine and don't know much about how the body works with the resting days so maybe the 4 consecutive rest days followed by 3 consecutive rest days is more efficient for the body?
I'd much prefer to start following with the second option if there isn't really much reason to be doing it 4-3. Thanks!
