Does this mean I'll never find this one again now?

Funny, I just randomly poured some last night before bed and then this morning I read it had won the best whiskey. Glad I picked it up when I did.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No.18

Some friends of ours are struggling with alcohol addiction and needed to rid their house of all the booze so I got gifted a bottle of Old Forrester Birthday Edition 2017 yesterday.
Holy fk, I knew it was expensive but didnt realize it was $100/bottle range. Cracked it open last night, absolutely amazing.

I wasn't a huge fan either. In that $30 dollar range, I like Russell's reserve much better
Found a bottle of Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit this weekend - apparently they're going to discontinue it. Also, Wild Turkey may have 10 year old juice in it right now because of that or something else, something to do with the laser code on the bottle. I'm not patient enough to check through every bottle but thought somebody may be
that sucks about your friend but that's a hell of a gift~MFC~

Picked up my first scotch today.
Damn it I love whisk(e)y. I am so glad I randomly got into this when I saw the post here about WL Weller being crowned best of something, I can't even explain how much I just enjoy kicking back with a glass and slowly drinking it vs just drinking beer or wine or something.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No.18

Proper 12 any good?
EDIT: Japanese Highball with Suntory Toki, Q Club Soda (has to be Q brand), and an orange peel is the GOAT
Have a bottle of Yamazaki 12 that is my prize possession, had to get it imported from the UK (has the designated-for-UK-market sticker on it)Denver Broncos | Paul George | FC Barcelona | Creighton Bluejays

High West is good stuff. This is the Prarie Bourbon but theyve got (I believe) 5 types of bourbon. I do recommend their campfire if you're looking for something Smoky.
The Rabbit Hole is a solid bourbon, though I think at its price tag (40-50) its lacking comparitavely to other bourbons in the range. It'd be a great $30-35 bottle.***Mariah Carey is my 10/10 Crew***

Went to Costco to pick up some things and knew I needed some more Breckenridge Bourbon . . . they have carried that and several others good brands for some time. Went down the aisle and they have really scaled back their selection--was really disappointed. No Breckenridge and not much of anything else. They did have their Kirkland Premium Small Batch, so I picked that up to try.
So it looks like I'll be back to my regular liquor store for my bourbon needs. Not a huge deal, since the store I go to has pretty good pricing . . . but was nice to save a few extra $$$ at Costco.*MFC Elder Statesmen Cabinet Crew*

Last night my wife was out late so I put the kids to bed and entertained myself having several drinks and watching some NBA playoffs.
It was late, and apparently I got a little carried away because this morning I woke up to several emails and notifications that I bought a Samsung chromebook at some point around 11:20 lol It wasn't even that late, I was just zapped from the day and partly delirious and partly buzzed I guess.
I hope it's nice when it gets delivered

If you were going to stock bourbon for the apocalypse, what would you buy? This should be a sort of best bang for your buck type deal - something cheap enough you can afford to buy plenty extra of it to last you forever, but good enough that you can drink it forever, even neat.
