Guys. I usually workout 3 days a week. I have two types of workout; Workout A and Workout B. Both have different exercises except for Squats. Squats are included in both workouts.
Workout A:
Squats
Overhead
Deadlift
Accessory
Workout B:
Squats
Bench
Lat Pulls/Chin Ups
Rows
Accessory
Here's usually my workout pattern:
Mon- Rest
Tue- Workout A
Wed- Rest
Thu- Rest
Fri- Workout B
Sat- Rest
Sun- Workout A
A&B always alternates.
However, this week I'll be a master of ceremony in an event, it's a sudden call. So now I have to move my workout from Fri to Sat because I have practices that I need to attend.
The question is. Is it alright to squat 2 days in a row? I heard from another thread that it's bad for recovery. Is it better that I skip the workout completely? Or is it better that I still workout, but exclude the squats?

Squatting two days in a row wont kill you, some people squat every friggin day.
If you're beat up and can't perform as you're supposed to, maybe just go easy on them. Hit the prescribed reps with less intensity if needed. You don't have to skip them if you feel alright.Log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175660541

OP get rid of that program. Check out Fierce 5 in my sig. Proven program which is designed correctly for progression and allowing your muscle to REST. (hint-hint). Your CNS needs a break and enough time to for you muscle to grow. Otherwise, you will burn out and won't see the gains you're expecting. Your muscles need enough time to repair and grow. Less is more!
