Bulgarian squat vs Step up ratio?

I currently added in two unilateral leg exercises to my program one performed on a hamstring oriented day, the other on a quad oriented day.

Should these two lifts be the same weight given they are for the antagonist muscle group (ex. Biceps/Triceps)?
    Current Max Lifts~6ft 175lbs
    Bench: 250
    Squat: 365
    Military: 155
    Front Squat: 315
    Incline: 230

Not necessarily. One may progress faster than the other.

Both exercises will work both the quads and the hamstrings in general depending on how you do them. They are somewhat similar movements. You need to look at the movement in general not the muscles they work.

For example a bench/BB row ratio is possibly an example of antagonist movements as one involves pushing the bar from your chest and the other pulling the bar in a horizontal plane. Perhaps Leg Curls/Extensions is another one as one involves knee extension and the other knee flexion in the same plane.
