3 Days Out Fromm Photoshoots, Help with carb up

So I’m 3 and 4 days out from some photoshoots.ive been on very low carbs the past week. 80-130 grams. Started at 130, tapered down to 80. I have 2 different approaches in thinking of:

1.) gradual carb load starting today (3 days out) 200 grams today, 250 tomorrow, 300 day before shoot.

    Or

2.) a big refeed tonight (3 days out) then back to regular carbs and calories for the following couple days leading up to shoot. I know this sounds like a strange method, but I had a big refeed about a month ago. I looked better the next day, and even better 3 days later. Just much more full, vascular, leaner, muscular.

No before pics as I’m not as tempted to take pics when I’m looking flat and bad lol, but this was 3 days after the refeed...

    Opinions??

I have somewhat proof of the second method working. Although even if I replicate it doesn’t guarantee the same result. Even if I over do it tho, which is rare for me, it gives me a couple more days to fix

I totally agree w option 2!! I have my clients do it that way, as well as myself.
That way, if you spill over you have time to "clean up". Plus this gives you time to judge whether you can also do a mild or moderate carb up the day before..

Exactly. That’s what I was thinking. If I do it the night before it’s jsut hit or miss. If you over do it, nothing can be done. Plus I’ll do one more workout tomorrow after this refeed tonight to use some of it up.
