Good Day
I experience an arm injury and wasnt unable to lift weight for about 6 months. I am just starting to come around but I notice that my bicep muscle mass has decreased. I am 46 years old and by no mean any Arnold but I had muscle. My question is with training, protein and creatine and so on is it possible to build it back at my age.
Thank You

Hope that the recovery went well.
As far as gaining it back, you definitely can. You will need to ensure that you are training hard and getting all the calories that your body requires to gain size/mass.

Of course you can gain it all back and even gain some more. In the meantime you can still workout legs and do some conditioning work like running.
