Program with High Frequency of SBD when cutting.

Hi. Can anyone suggest a powerlifting program for cutting with high frequency?

I already stalled in Fierce 5 intermediate with 290lbsx3x5. I tried PH3 with 296 wilks but it killed me on 2nd week with squats of 3x9.

Thinking of doing Candito 6 week even when cutting.

Powerlifting to win novice program is working well for me..
You might still be able to get something out of it, otherwise the intermediate template is in the same ebook

Thanks. I forgot to mention I am no longer novice and I stalled already in Fierce 5 intermediate.

Like I said, you may or may not get any out of his late novice one (the progression being slower and RPE means you can run it further than most novice programs).

Or just jump straight into his Int template. It's basically just a revamped version of Tuscherers generalised intermediate program so it's pretty good.
